The build here is pretty straightforward, with a bit of SNOT mixed in with large ball joints for the neck, hips and shoulders. There’s a tonne of detail included all over the figure, and all of its joint a fully positionable, making it a toy your kids can really play with rather than being just a posable figure. Garmadon and the Vengestone Warrior appear in other sets in the Ninjago Summer line, but I don’t think you’ll mind risking getting duplicates of them. We also get the usual large Ninjago and LEGO logos on the left, with an inset shot of Lloyd in the upper right. and Dareth planned a prison escape for the ninja by distracting the prison bus drivers and using the mech to open the bus' back door and flipping the bus shortly before she flew-off.
It’ll be interesting to see if this is a design change to LEGO mechs moving forward, of if this is a one-off experiment.
